Richard Glenn

Richard has an extensive legal background in real estate transactions and litigation with a focus on land development and public agency matters. His experience as a public and private sector attorney, land planner and project manager uniquely qualifies him in the land use and CEQA practice areas. He has also represented public agency and private clients in numerous purchase and sale, eminent domain, construction contract dispute, design liability and related matters. Richard has also had extensive experience representing design professionals in virtually every aspect of their business. His practice has included cases ranging from routine collection matters to complex litigation involving wrongful death.
