Mr. Thompson started the Thompson Mediation & Arbitration Center in 1996. In 1998 he was selected speaker/panelist at the California Judges Association's 10th annual Retired Judges Conference on mediation and arbitration issues. He is a former member of the American Arbitration Association's Roster of Neutrals (1978 - 2005), and is a current member of the Monterey County Superior Court's Mediation and Arbitration panels. His alternative dispute resolution experience includes business, construction, real estate, employment, insurance, and personal injury, wrongful death, professional malpractice, elder abuse, will and trust contests, estate disputes, and other civil and commercial claims.
